What is a shed for? A workshop, a dumping ground, a summer house….? Is it for plants, a hideaway? Maybe something imaginative and creative? A play space?

Green Hill volunteers and the Information Centre are running this weekend of secret sheds. A cross between OPEN STUDIOS and OPEN GARDENS, the sheds will host everything from craftsmanship to providing entertainment, plants, art or will have pre-loved treasures for sale. All the sheds are central and within easy walking distance of the two car parks, and all have been generously volunteered by their owners who will give away the secret of what they get up to in their sheds. For this special weekend the Green Hill Gallery will also be open on Sunday. As well as the main exhibition, a small upstairs display of work shows what you can do in one of the regular Green Hill arts groups.

Tickets for adults cost £5.00, while under 14’s go free. Tickets cover all sheds and activities for both days. With an advance ticket you might like to plan which of the activities you want to take part in but all are welcome to wander past and see what’s happening. 10.00am - 4.00pm on both days.

Proceeds from sales or donations will go towards the Gallery and the Information Centre for the community work they deliver.
